I didn’t come up through the corporate hierarchy — and that’s exactly why I built the KALA Leadership Collective. Traditional leadership programs often teach people how to manage authority. I guide leaders on how to build it.
As a former educator, I’ve spent my career designing learner-centered programs that make growth practical, personal, and lasting.
Through years of creating training experiences, mentoring professionals, and leading collaborative initiatives without formal authority, I learned what leadership really requires: clarity, influence, and trust.
The frameworks I’ve created were born from practice, not position. But the KALA Keystone Leadership Series is more than a curriculum — it’s a collective.
A place where leaders not only learn from the content, but also from each other. Because leadership isn’t a solo pursuit; it’s a shared one.
