I'm Sara, founder of the KALA Leadership Collective. I'm a former teacher with a B.A. in Education who helps Pharmaceutical and Biotech leaders modernize how they lead by integrating strong leadership fundamentals with practical, real-world AI use.

My focus isn't exposure to tools; it's behavior change and integration. I bring 20+ years of Life Sciences industry experience, including designing corporate training programs for sales, key account managers, and cross-functional leaders.

My approach is research-backed, thoughtfully designed, and grounded in real-world application. I care deeply about building learning that is tangible, relevant, and sustainable.
